Recent work

London’s tallest office tower

The problem: A 5G upgrade for all four networks had been started by another contractor and the programme was behind, in a working “vertical village” of offices, sky-high restaurants and a public viewing gallery.
What we did: Took over mid-project. We checked what had been done, finished the work in progress and installed the rest: 30 new 5G antenna points across three basement levels, the lobby and the restaurant floors, plus a 4G extension into the top-floor restaurant. Most of it on night shifts, around the restaurants, bars and events.
The result: Delivered on time and on budget: 5G on every network in the building’s busiest public areas, handed over with a full as-built pack. We’ve looked after the system since.

A high-end West End retailer

The problem: Staff in the retailer’s office and logistics building rely on company phones, but signal was poor on the lower office floors and missing entirely below ground.
What we did: Designed a system that takes strong signal from the roof and carries it through the building. Phase one, installed on night shifts in a working building, covers the basement, loading bay and first-floor offices, with cabling for floors two to six already in place. Every floor was tested and handed over with a full as-built pack.
The result: Reliable coverage where there was none, every active unit under a five-year warranty, spares on site and 24/7 remote monitoring that alerts our engineers before staff notice a fault.

A padel club in south-east London

The problem: A new club that needed connecting fast, with no business-grade Wi-Fi, weak signal on all four mobile networks and no fixed internet line available for months. Card payments and court bookings were at risk.
What we did: Surveyed the site, then installed commercial-grade Wi-Fi across the clubhouse and courts, with a separate staff network and a satellite internet connection live within days. We connected the card terminals and booking desk, and installed AI court cameras that record every game and send players their highlights. We also set out recommendations for a long-term fix to the mobile signal.
The result: Payments, bookings and cameras all running on one network that we monitor 24/7, so we spot a fault before the club does. One call for all of it.
